VACANCY: STORES TEAM LEADER

 ROLE PURPOSE

 

Responsible for overseeing all stores operations at Endless Summer Technologies, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient material handling, and continuous support to production.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the stores team.

·     Manage receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

·     Ensure timely issuing of materials to production.

·     Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

·     Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.

·     Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.

·     Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation.

·     Work closely with production and procurement teams.

·     Enforce health and safety standards within the stores environment.

·     Train, guide, and monitor team performance.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

·     Grade 12 / Matric.

·     2–5 years’ experience in a stores/warehouse supervisory role (manufacturing environment preferred).

·     Knowledge of stock control and inventory systems.

·     Computer literacy (Excel, stock systems).
