ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for supervising a team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining

productivity, quality, and safety standards.

· Lead, supervise, and support team members in daily operations.

· Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

· Ensure targets and deadlines are met.

· Provide training and guidance to staff.

· Handle basic employee issues and escalate when necessary.

· Maintain discipline and enforce company policies.

· Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are met.

· Prepare reports and give feedback to management.

· Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

· Grade 12 / Matric.

· Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

· Good understanding of operations in the relevant industry.

· Ability to manage people and resolve conflict.
