VACANCY: INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE OPERATOR

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications.

· Set up and operate injection moulding machines.

· Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.

· Monitor machine performance during production.

· Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality standards.

· Identify and report defects or machine faults.

· Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

· Keep accurate production records.

· Ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

· Follow all health and safety procedures.

· Grade 12 / Matric.

· Previous experience in injection moulding (advantage).

· Basic understanding of machine operation and plastic manufacturing.

· Ability to work shifts and overtime.
