 ROLE PURPOSE

 

Responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Supervise and coordinate production team activities.

·     Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.

·     Monitor product quality and ensure standards are maintained.

·     Allocate tasks and manage workflow on the production floor.

·     Train and support employees to improve performance.

·     Identify and resolve production issues and delays.

·     Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

·     Maintain production reports and records.

·     Communicate with management regarding performance and challenges.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

·     Grade 12 / Matric.

·     Relevant qualification in production/manufacturing (advantage).

·     2–5 years supervisory experience in a production environment.

·     Strong understanding of production processes.
