PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

ROLE PURPOSE

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that targets are met, quality

standards are upheld, and all processes align with company policies. This role requires strong leadership,

excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and output targets are met.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance.
Monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
Implement and enforce health & safety procedures across the production floor.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Work closely with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to coordinate workflow.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the rubber industry.
Strong supervisory skills and production process knowledge
Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and workflow management.
Knowledge of quality control, health & safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
