Location: KwaZulu-Natal
JOB PURPOSE
Provide professional tourism and film information and advisory services to visitors and potential film producers. Maintain information databases and respond to visitor queries to support an enriched KZN visitor experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
NQF Level 6 three-year Diploma in Tourism or a related field
Valid driver’s licence
Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends when required
ADVANTAGEOUS
Customer service and communication certifications
