REQUIREMENTS

• N3–N6 in Production Management, Mechanical/Process Technology

• Grade 12 is essential

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong background in rubber moulding, compression moulding, or injection moulding

• Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead and manage a team
