G‑Force Employment Solutions Brings Hope to Ikhethelo Children’s Home on Mandela Day
In commemoration of Mandela Day 2026, G‑Force Employment Solutions visited Ikhethelo Children’s Home, where the team dedicated 67 minutes to service, kindness and meaningful engagement with the children.
The initiative formed part of G‑Force’s ongoing commitment to community upliftment and reflected the company’s guiding principle: “Lift where you stand to uplift one another.”
During the visit, the team donated care packages, toys, snacks, gifts and other essential items to the children. However, the day extended beyond the handing over of donations. G‑Force employees spent quality time interacting with the children, reading with them, sharing words of encouragement and creating special moments filled with laughter, hugs and happiness.
The purpose of the initiative was to ensure that every child felt seen, valued and supported. Through this act of service, G‑Force sought to bring hope and joy to the children while demonstrating the important role businesses can play in uplifting the communities in which they operate.
Under the message “Small Acts. Big Impact. Lasting Change,” the initiative highlighted how collective acts of kindness can contribute to meaningful and lasting social change.
Mandela Day serves as a powerful reminder that every individual and organisation has the ability to make a difference. For G‑Force Employment Solutions, the day was not simply about dedicating 67 minutes once a year it represented the company’s broader responsibility to help address poverty, inequality and the challenges facing vulnerable communities.
By supporting Ikhethelo Children’s Home, G‑Force reaffirmed its commitment to building stronger communities and creating opportunities for people to feel supported, empowered and hopeful about the future.
The Mandela Day initiative embodied the 2026 message, “It’s still in our hands,” and demonstrated G‑Force’s belief that meaningful change begins when people choose to act with compassion, purpose and unity.
